Scott Baxter

Scott Baxter is a USPTA certified tennis professional with a Professional 1 rating from Virginia Beach, Virginia. While growing up at the beach Scott achieved junior rankings as high as four in the Mid-Atlantic Section and top 150 nationally playing in prestigious events such as the USTA Zonal Team Championships and Junior Davis Cup. Scott went on to play for the University of Maryland where he lettered his freshman year.

While Scott has a strong playing background most would argue he is an even better instructor and that he has differentiated himself from other professionals in the industry with his strong knowledge base on strategy at a variety of skill levels. He has taught all over the Mid-Atlantic at clubs such as the Virginia Beach Tennis & Country Club, Owl Creek Tennis Center, Georgetown Prep Tennis Club, Quince Orchard Swim and Tennis Club, and the Chevy Chase Club. Throughout his career Scott has worked with players of all ages and ability levels, led many juniors to Division I College Scholarships, and led many USTA Teams to Regional and national Championships.Scott is also the Founder & CEO of PlayYourCourt.com.
