I’m a South Florida girl living in Atlanta.... I’ve worked in the fitness/exercise science industry for over 25 years as a personal trainer, strength coach, and exercise physiologist. I’m now a dedicated exercise science professor helping the next generation of fitness professionals make their mark on the world! I love the beach, traveling, lifting weights, and playing soccer.
