My fitness journey began at age 16, when I made the currently undefeated 100m Hurdle track record. After that, I put more of my efforts into dance and studied and taught. I had a back injury and descovered cycling. This became a great way for me to mainatain my cardio gains, while not impacting my back. This injury did not keep me down for long. A few years after, I was 90% rehabilitated and had now learned the importance of movement and injury prevention. This became my mantra! My classes are all designed to keep participants moving, while making sure they are injury free! Every class I instruct from boot camps, dance, tabata, personal training, cycling or sculpting is fast paced and packed with energy. YES, I bring the energy! Every class, every time.
