I have been teaching Tai Chi since 1990 and Yoga and Meditation since 1997. Trained in Kripalu Yoga, I have adapted the classes to myown style. They have a strong foundation in gentleness and calm while still offering a challenge for those who have been practicing Yoga for some time.

Like Yoga, Tai Chi offers a calm and focused practice. Unlike Yoga, Tai Chi is a powerful martial art while still being a system of health, awareness, and higher consciousness. Emerging from Qigong, Tai Chi is a moving meditation that strengthens the body, mind, and spirit.

My mission is to bring these and other practices to people who are facing health challenges. I conduct private, free sessions in people’s home for people who are undergoing chemotherapy and / or radiation treatments.
