- Over 22 years ago I entered the fitness industry as a personal trainer. Working one on one with individuals of all backgroungs to set and reach their goals. In 2008, I took on a new challenge entering the wellness industry educating employees on health and wellness, to help combat companies rising insurance claims. Since I was 6 years old I was an athlete, growing up as a swimmer, then runner, turned triathlete. After several injuries, I decided to try yoga to help combat the stress I was putting on my body. I fell in love and have been practicing consistently for 2 years. My passion is to help others find a love in yoga, to help them become healthy mentally, emotionally, and physicially. I teach several types of classes such as Power VinYasa, BikYasa, Yin and a fundamentals class for beginners.
