Beth McGrath, M.Ed., is a dynamic, multi-faceted professional with Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, Master’s of Education Degree in Mental Health Counseling, and has almost completed a Master’s degree in Kinesiology. Her dynamic career experience as an undergraduate Psychology and Physical Education Instructor, and Director and Instructor of Group Fitness and Personal Training Programs has given her a plethora of experience to draw upon.
Beth's demonstrated areas of expertise include the application of Psychological principles to the group fitness experience and a captivating motivational approach. Beth uses positive suggestions and an easy going style to fully empower clients to achieve their individual fitness goals and have fun while doing it!
