My original backround in swimming and running easily transitioned me into the world of aerobics. I started by teaching aqua-aerobics, and soon added kickboxing and indoor cycling to my list of certifications. My goal with each and every class I teach is to give over my passion for fitness to the members of the class and have them walk out inspired and empowered.
Although my primary occupation involves teach swimming to children, fearful adults, and triathletes I still teach between 6-10 classes a week in the studio/pool/cycle studio and am always looking for opportunities to expand my knowledge.
