- Experience in prepping the individual and groups for short and long races including route maps, training schedules, nutrition, cross-training and corrective stretching (foam rolling).
- Experience and comfort in managing fitness instructors and trainers.

- Certified and skilled to teach the majority of group fitness offerings including but not limited to: Les Mills BodyPump, CXWorx, BodyAttack and GRIT, Zumba, Turbo Kick Box, Yoga, mat Pilates, aerobic step, strength and endurance training, Boot camps, HIIT/Tabata, dance, cycling, senior fitness and aqua fitness.
- Instructs by example and ensures each exercise is being performed safely and correctly by each client and or class participant; offers modifications.

- Experienced in weight lifting and preparation for competitive fitness with a thorough knowledge and understanding of the overload principle and specificity in weight lifting.
