I have been working in the fitness industry for approximately 20 years, starting off as an aerobic instructor in England. I obtained my Personal Training Certification in Canada with Can-Fit-Pro. I have worked in various gyms in Canada over the years. I have owned my own gyms for the past 3 years where I have been able to concentrate on personal training my clients. I have attended various fitness workshops and online courses over the years to update my skills. Although I am a grandmother with 4 grandaughters and another on the way, my fitness level is that of my much younger peers.
