I'm currently employed as a Wellness Coach and group fitness instructor at the YMCA of Greater Kalamazoo. I love health and fitness. I am the first Bokwa Fitness Instructor in SW Michigan. I currently hold certifications in Silver Sneakers and PiYo and am a certified PEPP Fitness Coach.
