I am seeking a challenging position as a Fitness Instructor where I can utilized my experience.

I enjoy working with people and I have the ability to motivate and encourage people to move

at there pace without any judgements. My passion is shown through my years of experience.

I love what I do and hope that I can at least encourage more woman my age and younger to

reach for there dreams by taking better care of themselves for long term longevity. By living a

healthier life by means of exercise and proper diet we can live a longer life.
