Allyson Schmidt

Certified group exercise instructor since 1982 and certified personal trainer since 2003. I hold a wide variety of certifications in fitness and have been actively teaching for over 24 years. I also teach a basic hip-hop class and beginning jazz dance. I have danced professionally in various shows in Reno & Lake Tahoe, Nv. and Japan as well as many musical theatre productions in the San Francisco bay area. I also compete in individual sprint and team olympic distance triathlons. I have also trained and competed in many in-line skating races and numerous running events. I have a passion for fitness and dance and will continue to teach for the rest of my life.
