Over 20 years of cycling experience (indoor and outdoor)
Have a passion for teaching and throughly enjoy teaching fitness to all age levels.
I currently teach Spinning, Dance Format, Zumba, Step and AQUA aerobic formats.
I also teach seniors Step, Strength building, stretch (including Chair stretching) and AQUA classes. These are my favorite!
In addition, I teach Body Sculpting classes.
My students compliment me because of my positive and joyful attitude as well as the personal interest I express with them.
It gives me joy to be able to improve their lives in the same way that fitness has improved mine.
