Carina Shope

As a massage therapist it is Carina Gail’s goal to improve her patients overall quality of life. After completing Medical Massage Therapy training with Blue Heron Academy, she began her practice in the beautiful northern Michigan. She then began training as a Yoga Instructor through Johnny Kest in West Bloomfield Michigan, and finally reaching her goals through Yoga Roots with Tiffany Lenau, certified as a Yoga Teacher and Reiki practitioner. Carina is passionate about helping people, and the combination of all of her educations are guiding her to do just that. Not only is it Carina’s goal to improve clients lifestyle and well being, but to spread love and peace to all of those she encounters while doing what she love most!
