My name is Kate and I have a passion for fitness! I am a certified Fitness Instructor Specialist through Can Fit Pro and a recent grad of the Fitness and Health Promotion program at St. Lawrence College :) I love teaching group fitness as well as dance! I am also a hip hop dance instructor and was a competitive dancer for five years.
