I have a back ground in dance (ballet, tap, jazz and modern. )

i have also taught classes at the local YMCA to various ages from toddlers to senior citizens. I teach Pilates, boot camps, HIIT, kick boxing, step, sculpting,Zumba, senior classes and water aerobics.
