Kelly Krohn

Namaste.... : ) My name is Kelly and I am newly certified yoga teacher, that would love to teach and spread yoga love around the world! I have been practicing yoga for over 5 years.... And now have achieved my goal of becoming a yoga teacher. My teacher training experience at The Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas was life changing and am so greatful for the opportunity. I have a passion for yoga, meditation and mindfulness... One of my favorite quotes from The Bhagavad Gita is,  "Yoga is the journey through the self, to the self". I am looking forward to growing as a yoga teacher, helping others expereince the wonderful benefits of yoga.
