Interest in fitness and nutrition began at an early age for me. I was always involved in various sports such as martial arts, wind surfing, climbing, horse back riding and tennis for many years. I was always interested in learning new sports and loved staying active. This led into studying exercise science and nutrition which has become a career for me. I am currently a NESTA certified personal trainer, health coach, nutritionist and pilates instructor. I currently have my own fitness business. I provide in home training and online coaching for women, and work part-time at a private fitness studio as a personal trainer.
