Constance Mcinnes

I have been an active individual my entire life. After completing my Public Relations and Event Planning diplomas following Univeristy,  I decided to pursue my interests in the fitness industry. I have been practicing yoga my entire life and recently completed my training with Meghan Currie in Nicargua. I have spent the last 2 years teaching PIlates Mat classes and spin classes and recently completed my reformer training as well. I offer both group and private classes and currently am the Department head of Personal Training at our local fitness centre. I teach a variety of group fitness classes including Piloxing and other cardio classes and always work to ensure my enthusiasm, energy and dedication to my clients is present at all times. I am motiated and inspired by others dedication to their fitness and want to be able to help and guide as many people as possible to achieve their goals.
