Jacqueline Crocker

I am a full time social worker and I work individuals that struggle with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. I became interested in yoga when a friend of mine started to teach, and I decided to join her in the learning experience. My daily yoga and meditation practice has helped me deal with my own life stressors including preventing burn out from working in the social work field. I have brought my experience to the workplace to help my coworkers and other employees use yoga and meditation in the same way. I am also a teacher at a yoga studio in NJ called Tula Yoga. My style of yoga is hatha and a slow vinyasa flow and I also teach meditation.
