I am an attorney, a board certified health coach, and a certified yoga teacher. I am also an avid home cook and food enthusiast, a dog lover, and a writer.
I gave up my career as an attorney in 2013 to pursue a lifelong passion: health and wellness as a health coach and a yoga teacher. As a yoga teacher, I received my 200hour certification in the Barkan Method of Hot Yoga and completed a 100-hour training in Ashtanga Yoga, two very different types of yoga that complement each other very well.
