I grew up in Puerto Rico and moved to FL 10 years ago. 

I am bilingual 

I am a certified 200hr RYT (Yoga Instructor)

I have been teaching for close to 2 years now

I started my personal practice 4years ago

My goal is to help people feel better and Yoga is the best gift i can give them.

I like to keep my classes fun and get to know my students
