I've always had a strong draw to physical activity. My passion for testing the limits of my body guided me through my college basketball career and almost two decades of dedicated workouts in strength training, plyometrics and running. In recent years, I've developed a love of yoga and its ability to balance rigorous physical activity with holistic well being. I completed the 200 hour Yoga Alliance training through Health Yoga Life in Boston. I enjoys challenging students both physically and mentally through a power vinyasa flow style of yoga.
Succesful teaching experience at 3 studios/gyms as well as on-site corporate yoga sessions.
