I became interested in the movement of the mody when I was 3 years old in dance. Through rigorous ballet training, I happened across the amazing world of Pilates. My love for Pilates has grown over the past decade. When I moved to Charlotte, I was looking for something to do and I went into a yoga studio and tried my first yoga class and fell in love. It was then that I was introduced to aerial silks. I immediately knew that it was something I wanted to teach so while there is not a "ruling board" for aerial arts, I did a 40 teacher training immersion. From there, I decided to create my own class for what I was looking for. Originially named Aerial Conditioning (I changed the name to "body" conditioning instead), I used my previous Pilates experience and combined it with my new love for aerial silks using the hammocks for suspension training. I hope to continue learning to grow and keep teaching for as long as I can!
