Alexandra Buehler


Alex is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She specializes in weight loss, strength training, body composition and knee injuries. Other certifications include Pre-Post Natal, TRX Suspension Training, KettleBells Level 1 and ViPR. In addition, she has completed the Equinox Fitness Training Institute 150 hour program and is CPR certified. She is results-driven and provides quality training services and nutrition counseling that is designed to give clients personal attention, motivation and education.

Alex is dedicated to living a healthy, happy and fit lifestyle. As a result, she has a profound influence on not only her clients, but on those around her to do the same. She cares about her clients and forms bonds with them that takes their fitness journey to a higher level. As a natural motivator, Alex has a deep impact on her clients and ensures that they give 100% in every session. Her clients walk away from every session knowing that they left it all out on the floor and they feel empowered to do so each and every time.

Alex's life's work is healing people and helping them change their lives through health and fitness. She has a proven track record of client success and is inspired on a daily basis by her client's determination and willpower. She teaches her clients to respect their bodies and to love themselves.

Alex has a ton of energy so it is no surprise that in her free time she loves hiking, trail running, weightlifting, going to the beach and bike riding. She is always on the go and loves a new adventure. Alex also loves to cook so you will find her at the farmers market each week picking up fresh produce to whip up a scrumptious yet healthy meal. After all, a healthy body's is a happy body!
