Bonita Hoffman

After completing my first 200 hour training in April of 2014, I began teaching studio classes in vinyasa style yoga.  I have since completed an additional 300 hour training and am registered with Yoga Alliance as E-RYT200, RYT500.  Further studies include another 200 hours covering an array of subjects from hands on assists, yoga in pregnancy, Thai yoga body work, meditation, and most recently, a 25 hour course in yoga for neuromotor degenerative disorders.  I am passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and have been traveling with Fitbodies since 2015.
