Gail Baranello
Co-Owner of The A&G Dance Company and works as model and in PR for AJB Productions, Gail has been dancing since she was 3. She traveled the country for approximately 10 years winning awards, medals and most important, experience After getting her associates degree in child psychology, she went back to school with a major in psychology and a minor in dance where she met her now husband, Adam Baranello who she shares her passion with. Since graduating with BA, she and Adam have been traveling, working in the music industry, (worked with SONY BMG, Atlantic and Wind Up Records as artistic consultants), judging dance competitions (crews from ABDC) and creating a niche market for themselves now on the East End. They are both qualified to teach their dance technique at SUNY Stony Brook and are also NYS registered Artists in School which allows them to bring their dance, music and art curriculum into any school to perform assemblies and workshops within the school day. Because of her education is psychology, Gail works often with children who struggle with disabilities in a dance inclusion setting. She sees first hand how much dance helps these little people and learns so much from them as a teacher.
Gail is so happy to be settled in her new home in Hamptons Bays teaching A&G dance technique, and performing and choreographing for Adam's live shows and music videos.

Adam Baranello
Adam is a NY based Independent multi- media artist. He has been making music professionally and distributing it since 2005 under his own label, AJB Productions. To kick start his first recording, he offered hand made T shirts on the internet and started selling immediately. He is proud to say that he has self funded and self produced all of his work to date. He is now on his 5th album to be released summer 2013. All of this music has a live show with choreography, by the A&G Dance Company, which is performed preferably in alternative spaces where he can also display his art. He curates an annual AJB Art Show which incorporates all things AJB: Music, Movement & Art.
The brand of AJB has spread worldwide reaching fans in over 30 countries thanks to the internet.
Adam believes in being creative and original.
Adam also co-owns the A&G Dance Company which specializes in dance education, performance and choreography with his wife Gail Baranello.
Since separating from the music industry completely, Adam has found a new supportive outlet from his hometown independent radio station 88.3 WPPB who plays his music on regular rotation. Adam has also been commissioned to create their official T-Shirt for the station to sell as part of their fund drives.
Adam is thrilled to be a working artist on the East End.
