I have been practicing yoga around the world since 2004, where I began studying at Yogi Yoga in Beijing's Ritan Park. I have had the privilege of working with and studying with a diverse sangha of yogis all over the world and bring that international flavor into my teaching style.
I am definitely a fitness enthusiast. I began running in 1986 when I joined the varsity Cross Country team at Trinity College since then I have kept on running and have literally participated in hundreds of races including close to 100 half-marathons and 8 New York City Marathons.
I love indoor cycling and am certified to teach by both Mad Dogg and most recently Schwinn.
My teaching style is influenced by both my diverse travel and fitness background.
I speak French.
