As the Fitness Director of the James J Harris YMCA, Brian surrounds himself with exercise. Brian’s clients range from unfit beginners to professional athletes. Brian holds a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology and is certified as a Strength and Conditioning coach with CSCS. He also served as an advisory strength and conditioning coach to the Korean National Sport University in 2007 and continues to work with individuals on a daily basis to improve health and fitness levels. He has recently become certified in CrossFit Level certifications.
