I am a mother of 2 children, I love to workout and stay in shape. I have been teaching and practicing Pole Dance Fitness for 7 years. I love to inspire women to find, build and use their strength on the pole. I also enjoy teaching Yoga. Yoga on the beach is very fun and peaceful. I have recently become certified to be a Personal Trainer. I have recently been taking SUP Yoga and will start teaching this summer. In my spare time I love to SUP, surf, Mountain bike, Rock climb.
