My love for yoga was immediate and completely unintentional. I was a college athlete looking for balance in a highly competitive lifestyle. Practicing offered me not only physical relief from strenuous training, but also a peace of mind that always seemed to be missing. As an instructor I challenge students with meditative and energizing vinyasa flow, while inspiring a deeper connection with yoga both on and off the mat. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to learn from the wisdom of all yoga practitioners, regardless of experience.
