Allison Lane

Ally is not only a fitness instructor, nutritionist and CEC certifified MetaFIT course instructor but she is also a professional comedian. With her positive, upbeat personality she adds fun and humour into all of her classes. Ally has travelled around the world telling her engaging and inspiring story of how she used humour and health to conquer a cancer diagnosis. Ally has appeared in the award winning documentary "About Her" and her own series " The Chemo-Ho" has been used as an educational tool for doctors and patients as far as Thailand and Australia. Ally has appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Network, ETalk with Lainey, countless other television, radio, and print feature stories including the front cover of Leap Magazine. 

Ally has taught a number of fitness classes, runs her own personal training business and studio, teaches new Metafit coaches their certication  ( CEC approved) and works as a professional speaker and entertainer.
