I have owned my own personal training company and been working for myself for almost 6 years. I began working as a mobile personal trainer, and have evolved into owning my own gym and teaching medium-sized (20-24 students) group fitness classes. My passion is health and connecting people with outdoor activities to broaden their perspectives (and break a sweat!). I’ve taught spin classes with the large gym chains, and hold my own group fitness classes varying from - Flow Yoga Level 1, “I love my Bum!” beginner bum/abs, Bodyweight Fat Blast - to the more intense - HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Adventure Race Training prgram, and Marathon 101 Run Clinic.
