Denver Boskey

Denver found yoga through her life long love of dance and movement. A dancer since birth (her mother and father were dance instructors), she took her first yoga class in 2006 and knew she had found a home. Certified at the 200 hour level with Yoga Alliance of America in 2009 (E-RYT200) and at the 500 hour level in 2014 (E-RYT 500) Denver owns and operates CenterPointe dance & yoga studios in Blue Ridge, Ga.

Teaching Hatha Yoga, Restorative yoga and Vinyasa Flow yoga, Denver's approach is fun and positive. Every class she teaches is based on the principle of self love and acceptance. Teaching her students to love and honor their bodies in every form is Denver's prime goal as a teacher and also the way she hopes to make a difference in the world.
