I LOVE motivating people and making them smile, sweat and feel good with great music and exericse. I went to college for adult fitness/exercise phys so I know the body very well and I use my knowledge to promote functional and safe fitness. Form is key in my classes and SWEAT AND FUN is mandatory. I teach high school Physical Education and I also do fitness classes with the kids as well every day and have been doing that for 11 years. I love sharing my passion with others and what I enjoy most is getting people comfortable to be uncomfortable because as we all know positive changes happen OUTSIDE of our comfort zones!!
