In 2007 I weighed 320 lbs, was in the worst shape of my life, missed being active and athletic, and on the road to obesity related health issues. At that point I decided to make a lifestyle change. Five years later, I had lost over 100 lbs. I now live a healthy lifestyle, exercise regularly, eat healthy, nutritious meals, and no longer have the health concerns I once did. It wasn’t always easy but the rewards of the hard work and effort greatly outweigh all the difficult times and I want to help others with this journey as well.
In 2013 I became an NASM® Certified Personal Trainer to allow me the opportunity to share what I have learned with others and to help guide them to their personal health and fitness goals. With a lifetime of athletic, fitness, health, and nutrition experiences to share with others and the high level of training and knowledge I received to become a Certified Personal Trainer, I am uniquely qualified to provide you with the guidance you need to obtain your health and fitness goals.
