Yoga teacher, dance educator and choreographer. I discover yoga while conducting my research of movement. It was to me a total revelation, because I complete and total system. as it includes breathing, flexibility, strength, grace and equilibrium, it became at first complement to my dancing. But now, Yoga has become essential to my life because with time I discovered that yoga is much more that movement; it is a deeply beautiful way of life.
