As a young adult I led a very healthy lifestyle. At age 25, I had my first child, at age 2 he was diagnosed with Asperger's. As a stay at home mom with 2 young children and an unsupportive spouse, I started to stress eat! I ate all the time! It was also hard to get out and exercise and I did not have the energy to do so! Finally in 2009, weighing in at 182 pounds, I started exercising again and eating a little better. In 2010, I met a great guy who is a very good cook! After seeing photos of myself after a cruise we took in 2012, I started crying because I could see I was gaining my weight back! I didn't ever want to be where I was before! At that time, we changed our lifestyle and I started exercising more and we starting making healthy food choices. Within months I was at my lowest weight that I had been since before having children! Two years later, we continue our healthy lifestyle. I enjoy spinning or running daily as well as weight training. I feel healthier now than I ever have! I love helping others by offering motivation and spinning classes to them.
