I am interested in the fitness industry for many reasons. I am passionate about health and fitness and truly believe that it is important to take care of our bodies. I enjoy helping people achieve their goals and creating a positive environment for our clients. Being apart of the health industry keeps me motivated to continue learning new fitness trends, gaining as much knowledge as I can in order to be the best I can be for my clients.
I enjoy weight training, interval training, circuit training, and boxing. I enjoy group training as well as one on one Personal Training. I used to train for competitive boxing. The training for a sport is extremely rewarding and there are so many elements involved to get to where you want to be. I enjoy working with the older population as well as the younger population.
My long term fitness goal is to run a full marathon. My ambitions are to run my own Personal Training business, combined with a Health Food store and to be able to offer Nutritional assessments. I also would like to offer Massage Therapy.
I am currently working on further educating myself in the area of Nutritional Consulting, and working with the older adult population and finding new fitness trends for that target group.
