I have been very athletic and active since I was little. Swim team, track, volley ball and horseback riding in high school and on to hiking and horse training in college. I love all outdoor activities and paddleboard yoga is my next venture! I am currently working on my 200hr yoga certification.
I started teaching after having my second child at 37 and realizing I was going to have to teach to keep the active lifestyle I wanted. I love my students and sharing yoga with them. The barre classes I teach are extremely popular and often reach maximum capacity. I love helping these students sculpt their entire body, lose weight, and gain self esteem.
