I started as a personal trainer and loved working with people, but wanted to have a bigger impact on more people, so group fitness was/is my niche. I took some time off (5 years) to be a football coach for a boys high school varsity football team. This is where I got into sports specific strength and conditioning training. Loved it!! I now head up a Wellness Program for a Global company where I teach 11 classes a week. It is amazing! Educating and teaching people how to love fitness and actually be fit is what I am really good at.  

I am fit and fun and my energy (not to mention my smile) is contagious..from what I have been told;)
