HANNA ALIMKINA

My name is Hanna.

A few years ago I decided to change my life around with diet and exercise. After loosing a significant amount of weight and regularly doing aerobics, cardio and weight training, I decided to teach what I have learned based on my personal experience. At the moment I rent a space in a dance studio near my house 3 times a week, where I have from 10 to 15 people come to my class on regular basis. It has become more of a womens' club than a simple fitness exercise, where my students and me exchange energy and share our practice with each other. I try to change my workouts around each time-keep it new and interesting for my clients , and that is how I came to Yoga , and it fascinated me: not only it gave a sense of balance, but also taught to listen to my body more attentively. 
I soon decided to deepen my knowledge of yoga by completing Om Factory School of Yoga's 200-Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training program. That was the beginning of a wonderful journey, that still continues. I explore myself and my own body every day, incorporate yoga in all other types of fitness that I teach and practice myself. 
The fact that I teach 4 times a week only is that it is my passion outside from my main job as a legal assistant. Hopefully in the future I will change. My dream is to open up my own studio.
