Fitness has always been a priority to me. In school I was always involved in sports (Volleyball, Basketball, Swimming, and Track). Naturally, weight lifting and healthy eating were a part of my life as an athlete. I began my yoga practice as purely physical, very sporadic, and only secondary to my weight lifting. After taking a just few classes over the years I finally began incorporating yoga into my daily workout routine. I started to notice the difference in my body and mind and eventually transitioned to a strictly yoga work out. I decided to take my practice farther and enrolled in teacher training. I was finally able to transform my yoga practice and it became not something I just did a few hours a week but it became a lifestyle. I truly believe in what yoga has to offer on a physical, mental, and spiritual level and I love helping people find ease and joy in following their own paths. I'm not only a yogi but a wife and mother of 2.
