I am happy, positive, fun, crazy, loud and gifted.  If you need love, a hug, a smile or encouraging words, I'm ya gal!!!!  The best part of my day is watching my people hit those dance moves, pose, or goal hard.  My dance classes are dancehall inspired with a mix of latin vibes, top 40 music, and techno.  Yogastretch is filled with soothing nature sounds and long stretch holds for the ultimate relaxation and consicous tension release.  Sculpting and Bokwa is a high-impact and energy class focused on simple sequenced moves for everyone to follow. Please join me and Laugh On Purpose.
