I enjoy working with individuals who want to supercharge their self-care, their health, and their lives through yoga, fitness and nutrition.
It started during my former career in a sales job where I spent countless hours away from my family. I turned to yoga and self care and discovered then that investing in self-care isn’t just something that makes us feel good — it’s a major factor in happiness, work performance and sanity. I’ve been dedicated ever since. Because of my dedication and desire to share yoga and wellness with others, in 2012 I left corporate America to follow my passion.
