I love Experimenting new Adventures & Sports , Everything is exciting for me .I went on Competition from a 5k to 230 km ultra marathon to Long Distance Triathlon (IRON MAN ) and end it with Fitness Modeling.I worked with all sort of people from Teeneger to older People to celebrity football players and actors in Saudi Arabia. I`ve worked with private and government sectors to help them with their wellness program and help their employees gets healthier and stay in a great shape. I had my own programs in TV with different channels . I did some acting when I was a kid , and did a voice advertisement in the radio for one of the biggest snacks company in Saudi Arabia .

I`ve appeared on many Radio Station , Speaking in Universities , Magzines , and Newspapaers .

In the Last 5years i`ve attended many workshop and conference in Related to Sports / Health / Fitness / Self Imrovement
