Lawyer by day and yogi by night, Rachel understands how difficult it can be to find balance. She fell in love with yoga in 2007 while in law school and has been dedicated to her practice ever since.
At first it was an escape from the pressures of law school, and then it became an escape from the pressures of her legal practice. Yoga is her pause and the key ingredient to her happiness, work performance, mental and physical well-being. She is continuously amazed at how much space yoga creates between her thoughts and how that transforms her perspective on life.
Rachel finds sharing her yoga with students gratifying and believes that everyone can find something about the practice that speaks to them. Rachel continues to learn and find inspiration from her students and teachers.
