Back in 2009 I was approaching 30. I was overweight, out of shape and just plain unhappy with myself.

One day I decided to make a change, I stepped outside and went for a run! Best thing I ever did!   It was so hard and I didnt go far but I kept with it and after a while ran a whole mile!   I kept increasing my distance and joined the YMCA.  I met an awesome group of people who saw my potential and enouraged me to start racing!  I signed up for my first 5k and the rest is history, Ive completed 6 marathons and 1 Ironman 70.3...

Enough about my fitness career... the thing that fuels my soul is helping others!  I started a fitness bootcamp in 2011 and it quickly became a huge hit!   I LOVE helping others discover their highest potential through healthy living and fitness! 

NOTHING feels as good as being healthy and fit!
