Kindra Jones

I am currently working as a personal trainer at a private studio in Newport News, VA called FitBody StrongBody Personal Training Studio. I teach a Spinning Class once a week at Riverside Wellness and Fitness Center, and average about 25 75-minute personal training sessions per week, where I focus on core strength, balance, cardiovascular conditioning, resistance training, and flexibility. I try to be as comprehensive as possible during each workout, using both traditional as well as nontraditional means of exercise, and do my very best to make exercise FUN for my clients! Observing my clients' personal accomplishments in fitness, and knowing that I have played a small part in their achievements has been more rewarding than I can put into words. I view exercise as a healthy addiction that allows me to constantly improve my physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I enjoy participating in running and triathlon races where the spirit of healthy competition helps to drive me to further improve my own health and wellness, as well as motivate me to continue helping others reach their wellness and fitness goals.
