I began practicing yoga in 2008 as a way to relieve stress from a very intense job I had at the time. My practice completely changed my life. I left the profession I was in and found a much more suiting career. I also entered yoga teacher training in 2009 and started teaching that year. I absolutely love teaching yoga and would love to be able to do it full time some day. I also teach special education in middle school grades. I am married and have three children.
